Its not always easy to give a accurate price over the phone but with a good description we can do our best to give you a fixed price before coming out to your home or premises.

Please don't add up the prices if you need 2 / 3 / or 4 jobs done then this is discounted, after all I'm only travelling once.

We just usually give you a fixed price as this saves a lot of stress on both sides.

What is a emergency.

Well to some people an emergency is a burst pipe flooding the house, yes that's what most people think.
But in reality if you cant flush a toilet and you only have one toilet then that can be worse than a leaky pipe.
Just because the job is a emergency does not mean we will take advantage and put the price up,
If you call for a job and we are available straight away then we will come out within the hour and without charging extra.

Emergency rates will only apply at night-time and weekends.
